These terms apply to the free 3-day trial of Xeytek ERP. By signing up you agree to them. Last updated: 9 October 2026.

The trial

• It's free, and we never ask for payment details.
• You get your own private copy of the ERP, with every module and made-up sample data.
• It lasts three days from when your copy is created. Then the copy and everything in it are deleted for good.
• One trial per email address every 30 days.

Using it

• The trial is for evaluating the ERP, not for running your business. Don't rely on it to keep records: they are deleted at the end.
• Please use made-up information, not real customer data or anything confidential.
• Don't try to break into, overload or misuse the trial or our servers, and don't use it to send messages to other people.
• We may end a trial early if it is misused, and we may change or pause trials at any time.

No guarantees

The trial is provided as it is, free of charge, without any warranty. We do our best to keep it available, but we can't promise it will be free of errors or interruptions, and we aren't responsible for any loss that comes from using it.
