This page explains what we collect on xeytek.com, in free trials and through the contact form, why, and how long we keep it. Last updated: 9 October 2026.

What we collect, and why
When you sign up for a free trial
Your name, company, work email, country, phone number (if you give one) and the license you are exploring. We use them to create your trial, to send you the emails it needs (the confirmation link, the address of your copy, and a reminder a day before it ends), and to follow up about your trial. You can tell us at any time that you don't want to hear from us.
We also note the internet address you signed up from, only to limit how many trials one connection can start. It is erased after two days.
Inside your trial copy
Your copy of the ERP holds the sign-in you create and whatever you enter. It is yours alone, and we don't look at it. It is deleted, with everything in it, when the trial ends after three days. Please use made-up information rather than real customer data.
When you send us a message
Your name, email, company, topic and message, so that we can answer you. As with trials, your internet address is kept for two days to stop abuse.
Where it's kept, and who else sees it
The website, the trials and your messages run on our own server in Germany, in the European Union (Hetzner Online). Our emails, and the copies of sign-ups and messages sent to our team, go through Microsoft 365. We don't sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything other than what is described here.
How long we keep it
- Trial copies and everything in them: until the trial ends, three days after it starts.
- Internet addresses: two days.
- Trial sign-ups and contact messages: two years, then they are deleted automatically. If you become a customer, what we need for your account is kept for as long as you are one.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking. The fonts and images come from this site itself. A trial copy keeps you signed in in your browser while you use it; nothing else.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@xeytek.com and we'll answer within a month. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
