A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
Before you start.
What does the 3-day trial include?
Every module and Xeytek AI, in your own private copy of the ERP, already filled with a made-up X-ray manufacturer: customers and deals, scanners in production and quality control, shipments, the installed base and service tickets. The three days start when your copy is created.
Is Xeytek AI really included?
Yes. Every license includes a monthly amount of Xeytek AI for each user; there is nothing extra to sign up for or pay. It runs through our own service, and we don't keep what's sent. If you prefer, you can connect your company's own AI account instead, and an administrator can switch any AI feature off. A self-hosted copy needs an internet connection for AI.
What happens after I sign up?
We email you a link to confirm your address. It opens a page where you choose your password, and about a minute later your copy is ready; we email you its address too. A day before the end we remind you. After three days the copy is deleted with everything in it.
Is my trial private?
Yes. Your copy runs on its own, with its own database, and only you can sign in. Please use made-up data rather than real customer information: the copy and everything in it are deleted after three days.
Can I choose how the ERP is deployed?
Yes. Use it in the cloud, hosted, backed up and updated by us, or install it on your own server with Docker. Self-hosted copies get updates with one click and keep their own automatic backups. Talk to us about your setup.
How is our data kept secure?
You get your own installation and database, never shared with another customer. Sign-in can use passkeys, two-step sign-in or your company accounts; every area is permissioned by role; sensitive HR details and off-site backups are encrypted; and every change is recorded.
